Refund policy

At LIVIN TESTIMONY, we are a small faith-based brand launching with limited inventory. Because of this, all sales are final for our first drop. However, we want you to love what you ordered so we do offer exchanges or store credit under certain conditions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

We do not offer refunds at this time. All sales are final.

EXCHANGES (IF AVAILABLE):

We will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is the wrong size.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective. 

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Customers pay for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@livintestimony.com with a photo and your order number for an exchange or store credit.

STORE CREDIT:

If your size isn’t available or the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit to use on a future drop.

NON-EXCHANGLEABLE ITEMS:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without contacting us first
